Hi all,
Since our recent O365 upgrade, I have a user who frequently emails people on a domain which now seems to get blocked. Their sys. admin checked settings and blames it on the SPF record. He has changed their mail settings to allow failed SPF records and my user's emails went through just fine.
Would you please provide some help/instructions on how I can troubleshoot this issue further?
I have checked the SPF record and it appears to be:
v=spf1 include:spf.protection outlook.com -all
