Hi,
Whenever an item in another list is approved, an item in SPMail list is created with recipient addresses specified in a field (named To).
A workflow is made for SPMail list to be fired when item created, receive addresses in To field and send email to them.
The workflow works quite great. Except sometimes it doesn't work. In stead of showing Completed, there nothing in workflow status (there's no error or mistake in workflow content).
We don't know if there is a limitation of sending mails or kind of resource shortage that leads to incorrect workflow behavior (we've tried on other site collection without any failure)?
Can you give us some support?
