Our customer is planning a sharepoint online based extranet solution with following scenario:
Each of their customer will have their own view which will allow them to see all relevant information across data from associates and subcontractors systems.
a requirement of an SSO is a must.
You can't use any service account for integrations since every customer can only access their private data from the source / master data system.
Since there is no guarantee of future integrations, subcontractors, platforms, technologies nor domains might not be a good idea to try do ADFS through all these systems, right?
How will you do authorization and authentication so that customers can sign in and fetch data only by using associated live-ids/o365 ids?
Which kind of integration options there is for data manipulation? What kind of options there are to fetch data to sharepoint site from 3rd party hosted on premise (behind firewall) environment?
oAuth and oData,right? How exactly? Any other options?
