I'm trying to follow what seem to be simple instructions but when I think I'm in the correct place nothing is there that is referenced, why when I go to the Office 365 admin center, navigate to the Admin page ... I've attached a screen shot ...

I do not see "service settings" as stated below, or maybe I'm not in the correct admin center, is there another one?

and if there is a different admin page how do I get there?
