Cutover Migration issues - Transientt Errors for all mailboxes

I've been working my way thru the steps to perform a cutover migration from a local Exchange 2010 server to Office 365 online exchange.  AutoDiscovery and Full Access user account seem to test out fine.

 

When running a batch file the mailboxes were found and populated.  Email Group sync up without error.  But user email accounts stall on 'syncing' with the follow report entries:

 

3/23/2013 3:12:30 PM [BN1PR08MB076] The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service 'BN1PR08MB076.namprd08.prod.outlook.com' (15.0.620.20 caps:3F) is examining the request.

3/23/2013 3:12:37 PM [BN1PR08MB076] Transient error MapiExceptionLogonFailed has occurred. The system will retry (13/60).

 

After 60 tries it fails and moves to the next account.  I reduced the batch setting to maximum concurrent migrations to 2.  In hopes it was just too much traffic.

 

I'm looking for more info on the error.  I've been working from this doc:
