Prior to switching to Office 365, we didn't have this problem and so far I'm not finding where to change this.
We have a vendor that sends e-mails with referrals of customers to us for product we sell. Everytime we get an e-mail, the e-mail address from the customers address is different, yet legit, but the subject line is the same. The subject line is what seems to be sending the e-mail to the Junk Mail folder in Outlook.
With employees not checking the Junk Mail folder on a daily basis, it's costing the business money because they aren't aware that they've received an e-mail.
Is there a way to change this for the entire domain to have the e-mails not go to the Junk Mail by allowing that one subject line?
