I am experiencing intermittent problems with the menu items on the Office 365 Blue Menu Bar not appearing

We have noticed this occurring so far on both Internet Explorer 9 and 10.

We are running Java 7 Update 25 (latest update).  I applied this onto a machine running Windows 8 and IE10 and this seemed to have sorted it out for this machine, however the IE9 on Windows 7 is still playing up.  I have tried removing the cache, cookies and temp Internet Files seemed to work for a short while, but then the next day the problem reappeared.

 

The Blue Bar itself appears fine, it is just the Menu Items that are not viewable (Outlook, Calendar, People, Newsfeed, Sites etc)

 

I'd appreciate any advice you can offer.
