A few weeks ago I purchased an Office Professional Plus subscription for one of my employees, and installed it on their computer without any problems. Now, just a few days ago, we got a message asking to verify our subscription. However, when we enter the sign-in information, it says "No subscription for MS Office can be found for the MS Online Services ID that you provided". Error Message 0000000C.
We have tried the following:
-uninstalling/reinstalling Office
-unassigning/reassigning the Office Professional Plus license for that user under Admin:User Management
-running OSAUI.EXE /F from the command prompt (this brings up the login screen which leads us to the error msg)
We are running Windows 8 64-bit, and everything was working fine up until a few days ago.
