I have MS Office Professional Plus 2013 installed on my Windows 8 Enterprise machine. My company has an Office365 / Sharepoint account where we store our documents. We have two sharepoint sites:
1) https://company.sharepoint.com/abc
2) https:// company.sharepoint.com/xyz
The ABC Library syncs without any issues on my computer. The XYZ library won't. When I try to sync the XYZ library, I get this error:
"We couldn’t sync this library.
We couldn't set up this library for you because of a server or list configuration problem. If this keeps happening, please contact your administrator. Once this issue has been resolved you can try setup again."
Technical Details link says: "Unspecified error. Error code= 0x80004005; Error source= Groove"
I've tried everything I could find online to solve this, including
1) Both suggestions listed here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/msonline/en-US/232b9f0b-09b3-4b53-9cd1-245ae3984f5c/skydrive-pro-sync-problem-errorcode080004005
2) Repairing office
3) Uninstalling and reinstalling office
Nothing worked.
Also, not sure if this matters, but when I click on "Sync a New Library", SkyDrive Pro defaults to my personal company library (which I don't even use), asking me if I want to sync that library, specifically, it says, “Ready to sync your Skydrive @ company documents? https://company-my.sharepoint.com/personal/myusername_company_com/Documents"
