sync outlook calendar categories with android phone

How do I sync my outlook calendar categories with the calendar on my android phone?  

Or - if I create secondary outlook calendars - how do I get them to sync with my android phone?  

So far nothing I have tried will do either - besides 3rd party apps with their own calendar.  I would like it integrated with the android calendar that is stock on the phone.
