I opened a support ticket with Office 365 support and it's been two full days and nobody has taken up the ticket to help me so I am posting here.

Our Configuration:
--Hybrid Mode
--Exchange 2010 SP3 On-Premise
--Post Office 365 upgrade
This is the first person I'm attempting to migrate to Office 365 after our upgrade. Perhaps I have to reconfigure something On-Premise? I don't know. This is what happens and what I have been doing for months before this upgrade.
--Create User
--Create Mailbox in OnPremise Exchange
--Sync with DirSync
--Activate User in Office 365 giving Exchange Online rights
--Go into EMC in On-Premise server and choose "Remote Move Request" and follow the prompts.
I am getting "Command Successful" with a big green checkbox when done. But there is no evidence anything is actually happening. The icon on the user doesn't change, If I go to the Exchange Online view and look at Remote Move Requests the account isn't in there.
I don't know how to make this work.
