We have a new member of staff, replacing another who has left. I've created a new account for the new member of staff and am forwarding emails sent to the person who has left, to the new persons account.
Ideally though I want to now remove the old users account, but am concerned that if I do this I will lose all the emails in her account, both on the web-app and on the Outlook desktop version. Is this the case?
