I work for a small business that has a few branches in the state. When I travel, I need to take my email with me, but I generally use a desktop, so I normally have to resort to messy pst file copying to get stuff done. What I want to know is this:
Can an Office 365 account be used by one person in a 15-employee business, or does it need every employee to be on the service? We have all have our own emails on the domain, along with a shared account we all see.
If this isn't viable for Office 365, would any type of exchange server or service work for this? I basically want to be able to open Outlook on either my desktop or laptop and be able to pull everything up without having to manually move my Outlook files.
