Office 365 and InfoPath forms

I see a lot of discussion about InfoPath form usage in Office 365.    How does one create a form in 365?   I know how to do it if I own the InfoPath s/w.         OR            do I have to find an existing form and import it into a Forms Library?   If so, where can I find pre-built forms?   Can they be modified?   thanks !
