We have an issue whereby users cannot view resource calendars or others users calendars when using Outlook 2010/2007 in Cached mode. Error is a permissions related error.
We also have other resource errors where it automatically declines randomly, despite being set to not auto decline amongst other things like sometimes emailing the delegate the notifications, other times not.
We logged the issue in the first week of June 2013 and were helped and contacted by a MS Support consultant. When it became clear we could not resolve the issue after a week of troubleshooting, it was escalated to the CST on the 18th of June.
Since this date we have not heard anything from anyone as Microsoft. I have called everyday and been promised a call back each time. The 1st line team do not have a manager to whom you can ask for help, all you can do is leave a message for a team who operate on a call back only basis, but who do not call back.
I have also updated the notes on the call, everyday asking for any sort of update - yet we still sit in limbo without any response from MS.
Where, who, how can I talk to to get this support request looked at in order to get it resolved?
We are also Silver Partners, I've contacted the Partner Support and surprise, they can't help either as the O365 Support team is a separate entity!
Please can someone advise.
