I am migrating 6 mailboxes from Exchange 2007 running on SBS 2008 to office 365. I've verified the domain, created the mailboxes on office365, confirmed that outlook anywhere is functional, created the migration endpoint and began the migration. So far, I've successfully synced 5 of 6 users, but one mailbox continues to not sync. It has not synced any email, the mailbox on the office 365 end is empty. I've tested Outlook Anywhere with this account specifically and it is functional. After 5 hours, the migration on this mailbox fails. I've restarted the cutover migration 3 times, but it continues to not sync.
Can you point me to any troubleshooting methods that might fix this issue?
