Technical Contact Email

I am in the process of setting up Office 365 Small Business Premium. I am migrating email from an existing in-house Exchange 2007 server. I only have three users. 


I also am configuring my DNS manually, as I do not want Office 365 to manage it. I was able to add my domain (which I own/control) successfully and configure the DNS properly  (I think).


I was able to set up the migration, and it is proceeding apace. However, it failed on attempting to migrate my own email account's contents from the existing Exchange server to the cloud. The error message implied the account name was already in use.


When I set up my Office 365 account I used my existing email account, mark@arcabama.com, as the technical contact email. Office365 assigned me a logon account also using 'mark'.


I think I have a conflict with one or both of these emails which is preventing migration from the 'mark' account on the existing Exchange server.


How do I go about resolving this conflict?
