One-way Calendar sync on BB10

Hi,

One of my users is able to get ActiveSync working, for everything except Calendar.

Entries from the Device is updated into Office365 OWA and Outlook Desktop Client.  But entries into Office365 OWA or Outlook Desktop Client do not get updated into the Device - it looks like synchronization only occurs in one-direction.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?  Thanks.
