When attempting to connect a mobile email client, why am I not seeing any attempts by Office 365 to connect to the ActiveLogOnUri for my federated domain? And what do I need to change in my configuration so that my mobile clients can connect to their email?
I have a user, bruce@ms.m3course.com, for whom I want to connect an iPhone 4S's Mail app. However, attempts to set up the account are unsuccessful, with the following settings:* Type: Exchange Account
* Email: bruce@ms.m3course.com
* Server: pod51042.outlook.com
* Domain: [[Blank]]
* Username: bruce
* Password: [[Bruce's Password]]
However, I get an error: Exchange account, Unable to verify account information.
On my IdP server, I can tell from the logs that no attempt was made by Microsoft to access the configured ActiveLogOnUri for my federated domain, ms.m3course.com
Note: Regular SAML 2.0 POST SSO is working fine in all web browsers.
