Hi All,
We currently use WHMCS as our billing system, within this system it has a support portal, Something like OsTicket. I am currently trying WHMCS to pull emails from Support@Domain.com and therefore it would create a ticket within the support portal. When setting this up i have added the following options.
Hostname: outlook.office365.com
POP3 Port: 995
Email Address: support@domain.com
Email Pass: The Correct Password.
In return i get the following error when trying to pull the emails from this account,
Email: support@domain.com
An Error Occurred: Can't connect to outlook-emeawest.office365.com,995:
Connection timed out
Am i right in thinking i need to create a relay within Office 365 Exchange? Or more importantly has anyone got any third party program to pull emails from the hosted exchange?
