Pages created with Custom Page Layout prompts login page

Hi All,

I use a P1 account. In the public site I go to design manager, create a new page layout with content type multi area page. Then I create a new page out of this new page layout. The site is online and the page too is published. I don't do any customisation to the page layout html or the new page, created out of the layout. The issue is, when this newly created page is accessed anonymously it prompts for login into microsoft portal. This happens with any page created out of the custom layout. Any help is appreciated.
