I am using Outlook 2010 and Exchange Online. A while back I published my calendar so that others could see it. I sent them the URL that appeared in the "Configure this published calendar" page and everything was fine. People could subscribe to my calendar and see it in Outlook on their machines, even in other domains, and it was working well.
And then it was not. Suddenly, my calendar was not showing new appointments to those who were subscribing to it. When I would troubleshoot and try to access the calendar file from an Exchange account in another domain -- using the same URL that had worked before -- I got an error message saying "The file 'calendar' is not a valid internet calendar file."
Can you suggest what I can do to fix this? I have tried the command toggles /cleanfreebusy and /cleansharing, but neither seem to have helped. I have created a new Profile in Outlook (per other suggestions on the web); that did not help either. I have stopped publishing my calendar, waited a while, and then restarted the publishing of the calendar. Still no good.
I know that I should be able to share my calendar becaue it has worked in the past. Now, though, something's wrong and I cant seem to get it fixed. Any suggestions?
TIA,
Mark
