Our company has an Office 365 subscription. I noticed online that with the prescription - the Office cache is available to up to 5 Mac or PC users? How do we take advantage of this benefit?

We have two PC users and a Mac user. Primarily concerned with the Mac user because the Office cache is not currently downloaded on that computer - only the Apple cache. Please advise how to install the Office cache on the Mac using our subscription to 365 versus buying outright.
