We recently upgraded from Lync 2010 to Lync 2013/Basic. Lync use to work fine on this laptop when it was 2010. Since the upgrade, we can still use Lync 2013, but after a while the sound on it stops working and all other sounds on the laptop stop working. The only solution we have so far is to restart the laptop and everything works again, until we begin using Lync. We can't figure out what is triggering this since Lync is working for a period of time.
We've done a Dell Diagnostics and the sound tests are good. If we do not start Lync the sound on the laptop stays working.
Any ideas??
