Does Office 365 sync in outlook with a windows 8 phone contact groups and subgroups?

I currently have Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate, Outlook 2010 since Outlook 2013 is not functioning properly(techs are working on) and I have a Nokia Lumina 822 Windows 8 pone. Techs have been able to sync both but contact groups and subgroups are not supported - so I can not use. Does Office 365 give me the ability to sync Contact groups and multiple subgroups in Outlook 2010 and the Nokia Lumina 822 Windows 8 phone?
