We are starting testing for future production our Office 365 Education A2 for Faculty account. SkyDrive Pro works but the sync feature does not. We installed the technet version of Office 2013 Professional Plus. From the web site I do the sync but when it askes for user Id and password it say "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later." The problem is the same if I try from the installed Office Skydrive Pro sync. The credentials work for everything via the web. Are we supposed to give any special permissions in sharepoint to users to allow them to sync their skydrive pro with their computer? If not, what is causing the problem?
We got our account on March 27, 2013 and the Exchange is 2013. I assume that means the Sharepoint part is also the new version, one should work with the sync tool.
