I would like to publish a calendar to a website from one of our shared mailboxes and cannot get it to work properly. Here's what I've tried:
1. Logging into Office 365 and opening the shared mailbox (logging in as my user account and then clicking the "Open another mailbox" and selecting the shared mailbox). I went to the calendar and then right clicked the calendar under My Calendars on the left hand side and selected permissions. I then changed the Public Calendar to be full details. I clicked Save and got the following error: "The action couldn't be completed. An error occurred and your request couldn't be completed. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk with this HTTP Status code: 500".
2. I've tried from Outlook 2010 too but the Publish Online option is greyed out and I cannot select it.
Am I missing something or can the "Shared Mailbox" Calendars not be published online?
