Hello there,
Our company has been testing an Office 365 trial and we have been frustrated by a recurring problem. If this problem is not resolved, it is unlikely that the product will be considered at all.
Problem:
Whenever our non-admin Test Case account makes a file on a Team Site (after being invited to edit that team site), we get this:
The user receives a "Sorry, this document can't be opened for editing" message after having just created that document.
When we leave the page and try opening it later (with any user), we receive:
When the document creator tries to delete the apparently corrupted file, we receive:
"Sorry, something went wrong
The server has encountered the following error(s):
The file is currently checked out or locked for editing by another user."
When the user tries to upload a file from their hard drive and open it on the team site, we receive:
When we try to delete any / all of these inaccessible files, we receive:
None of these files were currently opened by any other users.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? This has been incredibly frustrating.
