I have two questions pertaining to this new feature. One is if I need to assign a license to it (and pay for it). the email / user shows in my list.
Secondly is the best practice for adding it to Outlook. According to SharePoint the Site Mailbox was setup over two weeks ago but when I try to use it, I get all sorts of errors such as setting changing the offline settings or a refresh key which only takes me to my outlook, not the team box.
