Query related to office 365 trial licenses

Hello,

In our organization, we're using plan E1 trial, plan E3 trial and plan E1 purchased licenses.  

1.  Plan E1 trial licenses are assigned to who all users. 

     How to generate this report in office 365. 

     I don't see provision in office 365 to generate report for trial licenses users.  

2.   If I assign to any user plan E3 trial license. 

      Can I do the switch over from plan E3 trial license to plan E1 trial license after some time for same user.
