Hi i have recently moved my business into Office 365 after researching and hunting through the forums i have not been able to find out if i can do this.
I would like to create a rule that adds a prefix to all outgoing emails, this part i can find loads of information on what i cannot find is if i can prefix the year and the month. We have a policy to create all emails with the year and month as the first part of the email so we can track the age of all email traffic.
Is there any way this can be done?
