How Do I Keep My Email Private on the 5 Installation Office 365?

I have Office 365 and want to put it on the computers of all of the members of my household (4 computers). Yet it seems that I have to 'login' and authenticate using the email attached to my microsoft account. How do I keep my email private to my computer without everyone else having access to it via their own Office installation?
